Not having a car does not have to run your week here. The houses sit on bus routes, so getting to work, to appointments and to the places you already go does not mean asking someone for a ride. If you do drive, you come and go on your own schedule.

The room comes with a bed and a dresser, and utilities and wifi are part of what you pay, so there are no bills to turn on in your name before you can sleep there. We keep the houses up and we answer the phone, and if we do not have a room open we will tell you that instead of stringing you along.

Yes. You rent a private room in a shared home. You do not share a bedroom with anyone, and the room is yours for as long as you live here.
